All refund requests must be submitted by emailing info@labourbooking.in with complete details of the booking and the reason for refund. Once your request is received, it will be reviewed by our customer support team. Upon approval, the refund will be initiated to your original mode of payment.
In case of any refunds approved by the company, it will take up to 7 days for the refund to be credited to you. The duration may vary depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
In certain cases where a portion of the service is completed or costs have been incurred (such as travel or material expenses), a partial refund may be issued after deducting applicable charges. Such deductions will be clearly communicated before processing the refund.
If you disagree with the refund decision, you can escalate the matter by providing supporting documents or evidence within 3 working days of the initial resolution. Our review committee will evaluate your appeal, and its decision will be considered final and binding.
