By accessing or using LabourBooking.in, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions along with our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform after any changes are posted will be considered your acceptance of those changes.

2. Service Description

LabourBooking.in is a digital platform that facilitates connections between individuals or businesses seeking labour services and independent workers or service providers. We do not employ these workers nor act as their agents or contractors. Our platform solely provides the interface for communication and transaction facilitation.

3. User Obligations

Customers are expected to provide accurate job details, ensure the working environment is safe and lawful, and treat all workers with respect and fairness. Workers are required to provide truthful information about their skills and qualifications, fulfill service commitments professionally, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Payment Terms

LabourBooking uses an escrow-based payment system where customers make payments in advance through our secure gateway. These funds are held until the job is marked completed by the customer. Once confirmed, the payment is released to the worker after a brief verification period. All payments must be completed through our platform; direct transactions are not permitted.

5. Cancellations & Refund Policy

Customers can cancel a job without penalty if done at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 12 hours may be subject to a partial charge. Workers are required to notify the platform and the customer promptly if they are unable to complete a job. Repeated cancellations by a worker may lead to suspension. Refunds are issued when a worker does not show up, fails to perform as agreed, or if a complaint is validated by our support team.

6. Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises between a customer and a worker, both parties are encouraged to resolve the matter directly through the platform’s chat or feedback tools. If the issue remains unresolved, it should be reported to customer support within 24 hours. We may offer mediation or refer the case for arbitration under Indian law, and decisions made through this process shall be considered final and binding.

7. Limitation of Liability

LabourBooking is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, financial loss, or any other issues that may occur as a result of using our platform or engaging with a service provider. We make no guarantees regarding the quality, safety, or legality of services rendered. Any liability on our part will be limited to the total service fee paid for the disputed job.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design elements, and code present on LabourBooking.in are the exclusive property of the platform and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Account Suspension or Termination

LabourBooking reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at its discretion if there is evidence of false information, misuse of the platform, violation of these terms, fraudulent activities, or engagement in unauthorized off-platform dealings. No prior notice is required for such actions.

10. Amendments to Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in the platform, regulatory requirements, or operational needs. Any such updates will be posted on this page. Users are encouraged to review the terms regularly, as continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in relation to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indore , Madhya Pradesh
